HomeMy Public PortalAbout10480 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10480 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 201 and a
five foot (5') wide easement in Lot 202 of The Meadows At Forder Oaks - Plat Three,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 344, Pages 266 and 267 of the St.
Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the developer of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide easements as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
are hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10') wide easement in and
along the rear of Lots 201 and 202 as recorded in Plat Book 344, Pages 266 and 267.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
