recorded in Deed Book 6862, Page 2416; a portion of twenty foot (20') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 9248, Page 708; and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Plat Book 297, Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County Records; in part of
Parcel 1 of Picardy Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 345, Pages 421 and 422 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 6862, Page 2416; a portion of twenty foot (20') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 9248, Page 708; and a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Plat Book 297, Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County Records; as shown hachured on
the attached easement vacation plat marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1998
by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, J. W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
