AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Reliance National Indemnity
Company for the District's Sewer Line Backup Insurance coverage from January 1,
1999 to January 1, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Reliance National Indemnity Company who submitted a
quote for the District's Sewer Line Backup Insurance coverage, with an annual
aggregate limit of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,750,000.00)
which is in excess of the first One Million Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500,000.00) of
claims, with a Ten Thousand Dollar ($10,000.00) deductible per claim, at a premium of
Two Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($287,500.00) for such
policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such insurance coverage from January
1, 1999 to January 1, 2000.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
