AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement
located in Lot 71 of St. Ferdinand Commons and Lot 16 of Blanche Hills, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 50 of the St. Louis County
Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement in said Lot
71 of St. Ferdinand Commons and Lot 16 of Blanche Hills as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the ten foot (10') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 11254, Page 1804 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
