AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement
located in Lot 26 of Blanche Hills Addition, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement in said
Lot 26 of Blanche Hills Addition as shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
