AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements located in
Lots 1 and 2 of the Resubdivision of Tract "A" of Wagner Electric Subdivision, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 227, Page 8 of the St.
Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said Lots 1 and 2 of the
Resubdivision of Tract "A" of Wagner Electric Subdivision as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Exhibit", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
