AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot AB@ Reserved of ADriftwood,@ a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 44 and being in ASolberg Subdivision,@ a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 620 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Ballwin, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement located in said
Lot AB@ Reserved of ADriftwood,@ a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 66, Page 44 and being in ASolberg Subdivision,@ a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 620 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat,@ and marked Exhibit
AA,@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
