AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in AFern Ridge Plat Four a Resubdivision of Fern Ridge,@ recorded in
Book 206, Page 62 and being in ABoundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 4 Fern Ridge Plat 4
& Lot 1 Fee Fee Road Service Center Subdivision,@ recorded in Book 220, Page 94 of
the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located in said
AFern Ridge Plat Four a Resubdivision of Fern Ridge,@ recorded in Book 206, Page 62
and being in ABoundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 4 Fern Ridge Plat 4 & Lot 1 Fee Fee
Road Service Center Subdivision,@ recorded in Book 220, Page 94 of the St. Louis
County Records, as shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat,@ and
marked Exhibit AA,@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1998 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Willaims.
Nays – None.
