AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Bates Utility Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Kratky
Pump Station (Infrastructure Repair #194) 97045, in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Bates Utility Co., Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Kratky
Pump Station (Infrastructure Repair #194) 97045, in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of November, 1998.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
