AN ORDINANCE, vacating an eight foot (8') wide easement in Lot 16
of Exermont Addition No. 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 21, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St.
Louis County, Missouri, and an eight foot (8') wide easement in Part of Lot "X" of
Exermont Park, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
28, Page 18 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The eight foot (8') wide easement in Lot 16 of Exermont
Addition No. 1 recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, and the eight foot (8') wide easement
in Part of Lot "X" of Exermont Park, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 18 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1999 by the
following vote –
Ayes – C. D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
