AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 203, Page 266 and in Deed Book 205, Page 226
of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Lot 27, Block 6 of "Tuxedo
Park" a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 95 of
the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 203, Page 266 and in Deed Book 205, Page 226 of the St.
Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
