AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Three Hundred
Dollars ($36,300.00) from the General Fund of the District for professional services in
assisting the Board of Trustees in an executive search for Executive Director of the
District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with The Oldani
Group, Inc. for the aforesaid professional services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars
($36,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the
aforesaid professional services.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with The Oldani Group, Inc. for professional services in assisting the Board of
Trustees in an executive search for Executive Director of the District; said contract to
be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 14, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
