AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.E. O'Dell Construction for the construction of storm sewers in Ladue
Hills Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair #207) 98064, in the City of Olivette,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.E. O'Dell Construction for the construction of storm sewers in Ladue
Hills Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair #207) 98064, in the City of Olivette,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of December, 1998.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
