AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 7B of the Resubdivision of Lot B of Western Union and the Resubdivision
of Lot A-2 of the Resubdivision of Lot A of Western Union, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 238, Page 72 of the St. Louis County Records, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 7B
of the Resubdivision of Lot B of Western Union and the Resubdivision of Lot A-2 of the
Resubdivision of Lot A of Western Union as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
