HomeMy Public PortalAbout10521 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10521 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various easements located in
Parcel "A" of Howdershell Quick Wash, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 344, Page 356 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said Parcel "A" of
Howdershell Quick Wash as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation
Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
