1 & 2 of Tract 23 of Mill Creek Valley Subdivision (P-22395-B), a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in the City of St. Louis Records, St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lots 1 & 2 of Tract
23 of Mill Creek Valley Subdivision (P-22395-B) as shown hachured on the attached
"Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
Secretary-Treasurer
