AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of various ten foot (10') wide
easements located in Lots 1 & 2 of Tract 23 of Mill Creek Valley Subdivision (P-22395-
D), a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in the City of St. Louis Records,
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various ten foot (10') wide easements in said
Lots 1 & 2 of Tract 23 of Mill Creek Valley Subdivision (P-22395-D) as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
