AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Plat Book 114, Pages 14 and 15, and a portion of an irregular width
easement recorded in Deed Book 7266, Pages 141 and 142 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easements being in Lot 6 of Ladue Royal, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 92 and 93 of the St. Louis County
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement as recorded
in Plat Book 114, Pages 14 and 15, and the portion of the irregular width easement
recorded in Deed Book 7266, Pages 141 and 142 of the St. Louis County Records, as
shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements
established by the plat of Ladue Royal, as recorded in Plat Book 345, Pages 92 and 93
of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
