HomeMy Public PortalAbout10528 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10528 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide easement
as recorded in Deed Book 7870, Page 1307, and a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 8090, Page 391 of the St. Louis County Records,
said easements being in A Tract of Land Being Part of Lot 2 (P.B. 14, Page 18) and
Part of Lot 3 of Reuben Musick Subdivision of the Bates Farm and in U.S. Surveys 191,
192, 193 and 194 of St. Ferdinand Common Fields, Township 47 North, Range 6 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the twenty foot (20') wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 7870, Page 1307, and a portion of a twenty foot (20') wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 8090, Page 391 of the St. Louis County Records, as
respectively shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", as marked
Exhibit "A" and the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", as marked Exhibit "B", both of
the aforesaid Exhibits being made a part hereof, are hereby vacated EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the easements established by the subdivision plat of Shackelford
Commons Plat One as recorded in Plat Book 336, Pages 64 and 65 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
