AN ORDINANCE, vacating a fifteen foot (15') wide easement, being in Lot
8 of Block 4 of Westchester Estates Plat No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 110, Pages 62 and 63 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen foot (15') wide easement, being in Lot 8 of Block
4 of Westchester Estates Plat No. 2, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 110, Pages 62 and 63 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and
made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
