AN ORDINANCE, vacating a five foot (5') wide easement, being in Lot 54
of Shackelford Commons Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 336, Pages 64 and 65 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property ha requested this District to
vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5') wide easement along the western property
line in Lot 54 of Shackelford Commons Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 336, Pages 64 and 65 of the St. Louis County Records,
as shown cross-hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and G. J. Sheffield.
Nays – None.
