AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District in a
fifty foot (50') wide roadway for private use, being known as Mason Pointe Court, as
shown in Plat Book 346, Page 83, and vacating all easements in Mason Pointe, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 83 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject portions of
roadway and easements, and this District has no further use for said roadway and
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates
any right, title or interest that it may have in a fifty foot (50') wide roadway for private
use, being known asMason Pointe Court, as shown in Plat Book 346 , Page 83, and
vacating all easements in Mason Pointe, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 83 of the St. Louis County Records, EXCEPTING
THEREFROM the fifteen (15') by fifteen foot (15') easement at the north property line,
said easement being recorded in Deed Book 11758, Pages 557 to 559 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
