HomeMy Public PortalAbout10538 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10538 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 1 of PRC Investments, LC Subdivision, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 344, Page 99 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lot 1 of
PRC Investments, LC Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached Easement
Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
