AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lot 6, Parcel "B" of Woodcrest, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 172, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement located in Lot
6, Parcel "B" of Woodcrest, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 172, Pages 44 and 45 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on
the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays – None.
