AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide easement along the east
line of Lot 60B, Villages of Remington Oaks Plat One, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 268, Pages 79 thru 84 of the St. Louis County
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement along the east line of Lot
60B, Villages of Remington Oaks Plat One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 268, Pages 79 thru 84 of the St. Louis County Records, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
