AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement
along the southeast line of Lot 1 of Forest Haven No. 4 - Section 1, a subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 56 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Grantwood Village, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5') wide easement along the
southeast line of Lot 1 of Forest Haven No. 4 - Section 1, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 106, Page 56 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Grantwood Village, St. Louis County, Missouri, is hereby vacated
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the northeast ten (10') feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
