AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in
"Knippenberg Acres", as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Lot A and part of Lot C of Knippenberg Acres, as
recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, and in Adjusted
Lot C of "Lot C of Knippenberg Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg Acres Addition" as
recorded in Plat Book 249, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in
"Knippenberg Acres", as recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County
Records, said easement being in Lot A and part of Lot C of Knippenberg Acres, as
recorded in Plat Book 231, Page 20 of the St. Louis County Records, and in Adjusted
Lot C of "Lot C of Knippenberg Acres and Lot 1 of Knippenberg Acres Addition" as
recorded in Plat Book 249, Page 6 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured
on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof is hereby vacated.
The vacation of the portion of the subject easement shall not affect those
easements recorded in Deed Book 8082, Page 2409 and Deed Book 8446, Page 954 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
