AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement located
in Lot 2 of Peerless Park Plaza, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 345, Page 175 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a variable width easement in said Lot 2 of
Peerless Park Plaza as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, J.W. Siscel, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, G.J. Sheffield, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
