AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Piffel Excavating, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Rainbow
Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 99029, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Piffel Excavating, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Rainbow
Drive Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 99029, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of April, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 6, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C. L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, M.C. Williams, and J.W. Siscel.
Nays- None.
