AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a nine foot (9=) wide easement
located in Sandistan Manor, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 346, Page 519 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being in Adjusted
Lot 13, of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 and Part of the Common
Ground of Sandistan Manor, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 346, Page 778 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the nine foot (9=) wide easement recorded in
Plat Book 346, Page 519 of the St. Louis County Records, as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plat,@ and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
