AN ORDINANCE, vacating two (2) five foot (5=) wide easements recorded
in Deed Book 1483, Page 267 of the St. Louis County Records, one being the south five
feet (5=) of Lot 9, the other being the north five feet (5=) of Lot 13, except the east six
feet (6=) of said Lot 13, all in Block 9, Glendale Park, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 39 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Oakland, St. Louis County, Missouri; also vacating an easement described as
the north five feet (5=) of the east six feet (6=) of Lot 13, Block 9, Glendale Park, as
recorded in Deed Book 1465, Page 579 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five foot (5=) wide easements recorded in Deed Book
1483, Page 267 and five foot (5=) by six foot (6=) easement recorded in Deed Book 1465,
Page 579 of the St. Louis County Records and being in Lot 9 and Lot 13, Block 9,
Glendale Park, as shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat,@ and
marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
