AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Royal Indemnity Company for
the District's Consolidated Liability Program coverage from July 1, 1999 to June 30,
2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Royal Indemnity Company who submitted a quote for
the Consolidated Liability Program, with an annual aggregate and per occurrence limit
of Thirty-six Million Dollars ($36,000,000.00) and a One Hundred Thousand Dollar
($100,000.00) deductible per claim, at a premium of Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand
Eight Hundred Twenty-three Dollars ($313,823.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such insurance coverage from July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
