AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($750,000.00) from the Improvement Fund for City of St. Louis Inlet Cleaning Phase
IV (99095) within the Bissell and Lemay River des Peres service areas in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($750,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund for City of St. Louis
Inlet Cleaning Phase IV (99095) within the Bissell and Lemay River des Peres service
areas in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
