HomeMy Public PortalAbout10593 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10593 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Sixteen
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-one and 10/100 Dollars ($16,371.10) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to
pay the District's final share of the total costs for the construction of slope protection in
Wright Avenue Channel Improvement Project (P-22403), in the City of St. Ann,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of St. Ann, Missouri
at a final total cost of Three Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-
four and 76/100 Dollars ($394,784.76), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute a portion of the total
costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10434, adopted September 10, 1998,
appropriated the District's initial contribution for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-one
and 10/100 Dollars ($16,371.10) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to pay the
District's final share of the total costs for the construction of slope protection in Wright
Avenue Channel Improvement Project (P-22403), in the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
