HomeMy Public PortalAbout10595 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10595 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement centered on the common lot line between Lots 8 and 9 recorded as Crystal Creek Pointe Plat I, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 292, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in Adjusted Lot 8 of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Crystal Creek Pointe Plats One and Two, as recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement centered on the common lot line between Lots 8 and 9 of Crystal Creek Pointe Plat I, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 292, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in Adjusted Lot 8 of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of Crystal Creek Pointe Plats One and Two, as recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 32 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the five foot (5') wide easement along the north property line of Lot 8, the five foot (5') wide easement along the east property line of Lot 9, the five foot (5') wide and fifteen foot (15') wide easements along Crystal Pointe (40'W) Court as recorded in Plat Book 292, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999 by the following vote – Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams. Nays – None. Secretary-Treasurer
