AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 6064, Page 436 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement
being in Lot 1 of Hunters Pond, a subdivision according the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 322, Pages 51 and 52 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 6064, Page 436 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the
attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked "Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
is hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easements established by the plat of
Hunters Pond, as recorded in Plat Book 322, Pages 51 and 52 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
