Deed Book 11847, Page 1673 and being in Lot B-1, A Resubdivision of the
Resubdivision of Lot 2, Block 3 of East Ashby, a subdivision according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 344, Page 138 of the St. Louis County Records, in the
City of Overland, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book
11847, Page 1673 and being in Lot B-1, A Resubdivision of the Resubdivision of Lot 2,
Block 3 of East Ashby, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 344, Page 138 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Overland, St. Louis
County is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999
by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
