AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in
Lots 2, 3 and 4, and a irregular width drainage easement in Lot 2 of Ravenwood Plat
No. 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 12
of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion and subject easements and this District has no further use for
said portion and easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement in Lots 2, 3
and 4, and the irregular width drainage easement in Lot 2 of Ravenwood Plat No. 1, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 12 of the St.
Louis County Records, as respectively shown hachured on the attached "Easement
Vacation Plat", as marked Exhibit "A" and the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", as
marked Exhibit "B", both of the aforesaid Exhibits being made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated EXCEPTING THEREFROM the five foot (5') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 12144, Page 775 of the St. Louis County Records, and the ten foot (10')
wide and five foot (5') wide easement located along the south property line of Lot 2 as
shown on the attached Exhibit "B" and recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 12 of the St.
Louis County Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, J.W. Siscel, and M.C.
Williams.
Nays – None.
