AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Two Hundred
Eighty Thousand Dollars ($280,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area ORS
Lower River des Peres (L-03H), Rock Creek and Marlo Coil Interceptors (93038H), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 10315, adopted April 9, 1998, appropriated the
initial funding for and authorized said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($280,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used
for additional project costs for the construction of the Lemay Service Area ORS Lower
River des Peres (L-03H), Rock Creek and Marlo Coil Interceptors (93038H), in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 5, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
