HomeMy Public PortalAbout10606 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10606 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission whereby the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission will contribute a portion of the
costs of the construction of storm sewers in Holtwick Avenue Storm Sewer (99107), in
the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project has been undertaken by the District, and the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission has agreed to share equally in the
costs thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission whereby the
Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission will contribute a portion of the
costs of the construction of storm sewers in Holtwick Avenue Storm Sewer (99107), in
the City of St. Ann, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 5, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
