AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 11257, Page 589 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement
being in Part of U.S. Survey 110, Township 46 North, Range 7 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifteen foot (15') wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 11257, Page 589 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on
the attached AEasement Vacation Plat,@ and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 5, 1999
by the following vote –
Ayes – G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
