AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 10440, adopted September
10, 1998, by repealing Section 2.7, and enacting a new Section 2.7 in lieu thereof,
defining ACompensation@ in the Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust for employees
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Section 2.7 of Ordinance No. 10440, adopted September 10,
1998, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. A new Section 2.7 of Ordinance No. 10440 is hereby enacted,
and shall read as follows:
2.7. ACompensation@ shall mean only compensation paid to the
Participant by the Employer and which is attributable to services
performed for the Employer as reported on Form W-2 and shall
include amounts paid for overtime.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
