AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement,
along the west property line of Lot 209 of Tesson Creek Estates Phase Two - Plat
Seven, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 307, Pages 58
and 59 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for
said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10') wide easement along the
west property line of Lot 209 of Tesson Creek Estates Phase Two - Plat Seven, a
subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 307, Pages 58 and 59 of
the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri is hereby vacated,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the south five feet (5'), the north five feet (5') and the west
five feet (5') of said easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
