AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10') wide by eighty foot (80') long
easement, located in Lot 10, Block 1, of Poplar Court, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide by eighty foot (80') long easement
located in Lot 10, Block 1, of Poplar Court , a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 66, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1999by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
