of Maryville Centre Plat Two, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 347, Page 202 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said
portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of various easements in said Lot 4 of Maryville
Centre Plat Two as shown hachured on the attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and
marked Exhibit AA@ and Exhibit AB@ and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
