AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
located in Lots 6 & 7 of Ellendale Home Place Block 4, a subdivision according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 87 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District
to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement in said Lots 6
& 7 of Ellendale Home Place Block 4 as shown hachured on the attached AEasement
Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G.J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, P.P. Finn, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
