AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Kinswood to Rinsetta Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 98082, in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm
sewers in Kinswood to Rinsetta Storm Sewer (Infrastructure Repair) 98082, in St.
Louis County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 19th day of
August, 1999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
