Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with the City of Valley Park, Missouri,
whereby the District will contribute a portion of the costs to relocate and increase the
capacity of a certain sewer pipe beneath the planned levee at Eighth Street in the City
of Valley Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an
Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with the City of Valley Park, Missouri,
whereby the District will contribute a portion of the costs to relocate and increase the
capacity of a certain sewer pipe beneath the planned levee at Eighth Street in the City
of Valley Park, Missouri.
Section Two. The Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement as
authorized in Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
