HomeMy Public PortalAbout10645 O R D I N A N C E NO. 10645 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a variable width easement as recorded in
Deed Book 1195C, Page 358 of the St. Louis County Records, said easement being
in Lot 3A of A Subdivision of Lots 2 & 3 of Sehrt Acres, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 213, Page 41 of the St. Louis County Records,
in the City of Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The variable width easement recorded in Deed Book
11950, Page 358 of the St. Louis County Records as shown hachured on the
attached AEasement Vacation Plat@, and marked Exhibit AA@ and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 14, 1999
by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, P.P. Finn, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and M.C. Williams.
Nays – None.
