Lot 463 of Indian Hills No. 4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on
the Plat recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate a portion of such easement and this District has no further use for
such portion of such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer and drainage
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That part of a sewer and drainage easement in Lot 463 of Indian Hills No.
4, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat
Book 78, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records, described as follows:
The northwest twenty-six (26) feet of the easement forty (40) feet wide
along the southeastern boundary of said Lot 463, the northern five (5) feet of such forty
(40) foot wide easement.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1999 by the following vote –
Ayes – C.L. Barnhart, G. J. Sheffield, C.D. Seward, J.W. Siscel, and P.P. Finn.
Nays – None
